Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers
Reservations for one-way airport transfers and point-to-point transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after driver dispatch or passenger no-shows are billed at 100% of the quoted fare.
2. Hourly As-Directed Charters
Hourly bookings require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be billed the minimum required hourly duration (e.g. 2-3 hours depending on vehicle class).
3. Flight Cancellations by Airline
If your commercial airline cancels your incoming flight, please notify our dispatch team immediately. If cancelled before driver dispatch, we will gladly reschedule or credit your booking with zero penalty fees.
