Clear, transparent grace periods for all client pickups
1. Commercial Airport Arrivals (60 Minutes Free)
For all commercial airport arrivals (Toronto Pearson YYZ, Billy Bishop YTZ, Hamilton YHM, Ottawa YOW, etc.), we provide 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights. The timer begins when your aircraft is recorded by airport flight radar as "Arrived at Gate".
2. Residential, Office & Hotel Pickups (15 Minutes Free)
For point-to-point and airport departure pickups originating at residential addresses, corporate offices, or hotels, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary grace time from the scheduled reservation time.
3. Private Aviation FBO Arrivals (30 Minutes Free)
For private jet arrivals at Skyservice, Signature Aviation, and regional FBOs, 30 minutes of complimentary wait time is provided from the estimated wheels-down time.
